Having such a complete and modern facility, IJS has been confided by The Directorate General of Customs and Excise to run an Inland Clearance Depot. The facility, which is under The Directorate General of Customs and Excise, is offering services for handling and temporary storing imported/exported laden containers.

Temporary admission for onward transit and outright export is also provided by IJS Inland Clearance Depot to allow importer/exporter to arrange schedule and increase effectiveness in commodity handling.
