IJS’s reefer team works in all facets of reefer
container maintenance. Equipped with 72 plugs, our reefer department
is able to handle up to 72 containers at one time.
The reefer facilities include Pre-Trip Inspection (PTI) and monitoring
services. The PTI service, also known as preventive maintenance,
seeks to identify technical problems of the refrigerated engine.
Based on the inspection (PTI) report, treatment for the damaged
reefer container will then be performed aiming to fix the function
of the reefer engine.
To obtain meticulous result, PTI is conducted by computerized system.
The advance method of PTI enables technicians to download data into
laptop, allowing mobile checking for a total mechanical repair.
